A delegation of leaders, councilors and women mayors from Colombia and Peru traveled to Fort St John to a Study Tour to see how the municipality manages development with a gender focus and promotes the empowerment of women. CISAL seeks to identify, document and share best practices in governance and local economic development involving local governments, private companies, communities and civil society.
